Here’s a snapshot of our process:

1. Please fill out the Family Profile form.
2. You’ll hear from us! We will contact you within 2 business days to discuss your needs and determine if Brownstone Nannies is the right fit for you.
3. Upon agreement to work together, you will receive a contract with the terms and conditions, as well as our referral fee schedule.
4. Upon receipt of signed contract, Brownstone Nannies will begin its search for candidates.
5. Within 2 weeks you will start to receive profiles of fully-vetted candidates.
6. Our office will schedule interviews for you to meet with your chosen candidates.
7. Once you determine there is a nanny you want to move forward with, we schedule a grace period placement to ensure it’s the perfect match.
8. We conduct a thorough background check on that candidate.
9. Once the nanny has accepted the offer, we will set their start date upon receipt of fee payment in full.
10. We have a guarantee policy of complete satisfaction 30 days from the date your nanny starts.
