How long does a search typically take?

Our detailed vetting process can take up to two weeks, depending upon your specific needs. There are instances when we may be able to send candidates in a shorter period of time.

What is a background check?

Our background checks provide extremely thorough pictures of each candidate’s history.  They include a criminal background check, sexual offender registry check, driving record, social security, address trace, verification of education, and a history of any possible bankruptcies, judgments or liens.

What is your guarantee policy?

We seek to ensure that each family we work with is able to begin a long-term relationship with the right person.  Our 30-day guarantee policy ensures you that we will be by your side through your transition, and if the person you decide to hire does not work out within 30 days, we will either send additional candidates for you to consider or refund a pro-rated portion of our fee.

Can you find me a sitter if my current nanny calls in sick?

We are able to take on last-minute nanny requests from time to time.  We prioritize requests from existing clients.
